Bush: "Destroying human life in the hopes of saving human life is not ethical."




How can a president so concerned about the ethics of preserving human life authorize preemptive war?

How can a president so concerned about the ethics of preserving human life authorize the bombing of a restaurant full of diners based on HUMINT in hopes of possibly killing Saddam Hussein? Are stale, frozen embryos more precious, their lives more sacred than Iraqi diners?
